1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to verification procedures. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documents we may reasonably request. 3.3 Bonus and Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash without meeting the stated requirements.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

The ibetph name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of ibetph. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

ibetph provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. This includes temporary interruptions to our services due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ibetph services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285) and the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent fraudulent or illegal activity.

10. Account Closure and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, failure to provide requested verification documents, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If your account is closed due to Terms violations or fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than violation of these Terms, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance, subject to completion of any pending verification procedures. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes following account closure.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ibetph regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ibetph.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any other person or entity. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with or without notice to you.
